Why Rowing? Rowing is a high intensity, low impact, full-body workout. If you want to torch calories, build strength and increase endurance......rowing is your new best friend! Rowing keeps your heart elevated to optimize your fat burning zone and provides significant strength training to sculpt and build muscle. Perhaps one of the best things about rowing is its low impact, which means it’s easy on the joints, reducing the risk of injuries and is great for all ages and fitness levels.

Our Crew HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes combine rowing, strength and resistance training to achieve the ultimate 45-minute workout. Crew HIIT classes are an extremely efficient full-body workout designed to save you time and get results faster. Cut your workout time in half and make your body more functional, leaner and stronger.

The workouts are challenging for all fitness levels, but our motivational coaches, killer beats and one of kind video experience make Crew classes seriously fun. Plus, don't even think about getting board or plateauing.... every Crew workout is original thanks to the endless possibilities with Fitbench and our creative coaches.

You’re going to SWEAT. Please bring indoor shoes and breathable workout clothing, keeping in mind that anything overly baggy can get caught up in the erg.

 

Bring a water bottle (or buy one of ours!).

 

No need to bring a towel – we provide sweat towels for class, chill towels to cool down afterwards and body towels and Rudy’s shower essentials if you’d like to take a shower.

 
 
 

IMPORTANT

Be patient with yourself. Rowing is technical, it works your entire body and takes time to learn. It takes about 3-4 classes before you start feeling comfortable on the erg. Each class your rowing stroke will improve and progress will happen quickly if you stick with it.
