CREW HIIT

This 45 min group class mixes intervals of rowing, weights and resistance training. It's a fast-flowing bootcamp style workout designed to crush calories, tone muscles and get results rapidly. Motivational coaches, killer beats and our one of a kind video experience make this class not only efficient, but seriously fun. Recommended for any fitness level - advanced athletes and newbies can both experience an incredible workout in this class.

CREW 35

This quick and dirty class is an advanced version of CREW HIIT - the same killer workout in just 35 minutes. Burn just as many calories...maybe even more! Expect a high energy, fast paced format with an accelerated warm up, quicker interval transitions and a self-led cool down. Not recommended for first timers.

CREW ROW

This 45 min all rowing group class focuses on form, stroke rate and split time with a focus on rowing technique. Short high-speed intervals will increase your heart rate, followed by slower sets to help you recover. Perfect if you want to torch calories, build strength and increase endurance. Recommended for those who are new to rowing and would like a bit more time on the rower prior to jumping in to a HIIT class, those wanting to improve their stroke/rate or split time or just get an efficient 45 min low impact, full body workout.

CREW CORE

This 45 min group class combines rowing and core work in the popular CREW HIIT format. Short high-speed intervals on the rower will increase your heart rate, followed by slower sets to help you recover. Exercises on the floor will focus on strengthening your core.
